Insight KC

At Insight KC we offer a free, friendly and confidential young people’s health and well being service. 

We provide information, advice and help to young people between the ages of 12 – 25 who are living in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and the City of Westminster.

Dedicated Key Workers 

When you come along to our service for the first time we will allocate you a dedicated key worker. Your key worker will work with you in future on any issues that will enable you to move forward with your life in a positive way.


Our expert team is here to provide professional and confidential support to you and you’re your family. We look at the needs of the whole person including; improving health, well being and support networks which have a lasting positive impact on their family, friends and community.

The service is funded by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the City of Westminster, John Lyon’s Charity, Peter Harrison Foundation, City Bridge Trust and Youth Action Alliance.

9.30 AM - 5.30 PM Mon - Fri

Thurs 17:30pm – 20:00pm Hot Cafe at: The Resource Centre, W10 5EB.


Self referrals: You can do this over the telephone or by coming along in person.


Family member referrals: Young people's parents can make referrals by telephoning us.


Professional referrals: We accept referrals from any professionals, including schools, colleges, youth clubs, YOT, probation, hostels, mental health, social services and SUT
