If you want to make a change to your drug or alcohol use our free and confidential service can help you.
Phone us to speak to one of our trained experts. We’re here to help you – you can tell us as much or as little as you like. We’ll help you cut down or stop your drug and alcohol use.
We can help with:
- One to one support and group programmes
- Support to improve your mental and physical health
- Methadone or buprenorphine prescribing and community alcohol detox
- Needle exchange
- Recovery community
- Advice on benefits, housings and finances
- Friends and family support
We can also help you with other problems which may have cropped up as a result of what’s going on. We are experienced people who won’t judge you, we are ready to talk and help you to get your life back to the way you want it.
We have doctors and nurses who work with us to make sure you’re kept safe. Complimentary therapists and psychologists are also available.
You can also talk to us, if you’re worried about someone’s else drug or alcohol use.
