Calderdale Branching Out
If you're aged between 10 to 21 and live in Calderdale, we can support you to make informed choices about your drug, alcohol and tobacco use
We're here to help
Our service is free and confidential. Whether you’re drinking a little or a lot, using drugs for experimental or recreational use, or you think you might be developing a dependency, we are here to help and support you. We work on a one to one basis to increase your knowledge and help you make better informed choices.
Our Positive Futures programme works with you if you are 10-21 and not in education or training and at risk of getting involved in crime or drugs and alcohol. We can provide you with mentoring and activities such as the gym, skateboarding and swimming.
We help the whole family facing these issues too so please get in touch if you’re worried about someone else’s drug or alcohol use.
We also offer educational sessions throughout Calderdale schools as part of the Healthy Futures Alliance. As well as working in close partnership with other services for young people and families we offer training and brief interventions on drug and alcohol use for professionals and parents.
