Humankind Housing
We have been a Registered Provider of Social Housing since 2012 and since built a small portfolio of high quality accommodation in the North of England. Due to the specialist nature of the service, it is not part of common housing registers, common allocations policies, local lettings policies or mutual exchange schemes.
We're here to help
Intensive housing management and tenancy sustainment services are provided to help you live independently.
A high proportion of properties are provided on a short term basis with the requirement to engage with support as a condition of the occupancy agreement. They are seen as a stepping stone for residents to move on to longer term accommodation options. A minority of properties are provided for non-supported tenancy agreements based on exceptional circumstances of the occupant and property status.

We can help if you:
- willing to engage with tenancy sustainment support as a condition of the tenancy agreement
- require support from third party organisations or are accessing and engaging with wider Humankind services
