LEAP
Empowering anyone over the age of 18 to see beyond any barriers and make sustainable progress towards employment/economic engagement and achievements.
We're here to help
LEAP means Lifelong Employment Achievement and Productivity which briefly covers the support we offer.
We promote a collaborative approach by working in partnership with 11 VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) organisations to achieve real change in the lives of residents.
Strong partnerships mean people can access the support they need to enable them to move forward
