Primary Care Recovery Service (PCRS)

The Primary Care Recovery Service provides a drug and alcohol treatment recovery-orientated model offering medication assisted treatment alongside psychosocial interventions for people living in Lewisham.

In participating surgeries across the borough your GP, Nurse or Health Care Worker can make an appointment for you with one of our Shared Care Workers.

Our Team

Our team will provide you with information about what we can provide to support you and will undertake an assessment of your needs. We will work together to formulate a care plan tailored to your needs, supporting you to reach your full potential.

The service is funded by the London Borough of Lewisham and is delivered by Blenheim, part of Humankind.
