Volunteer role: LGBTQ+ Programme
“I’m a volunteer in the LGBTQ+ Programme with group support for Trans and Non-Binary Adults. My role is to help arrange the room, serve tea and coffee, welcome new members and be there for them during the sessions. We talk about life, our experiences, and things we like. It’s a good moment to bond and make new connections.
“My role is making a difference, not only with a positive impact on others, but also on myself. Its fulfilling being there for such an important cause and meeting incredible people. Having a safe space where everyone can be themselves is essential and incredible. I’m proud to be part of this.”
